How long have you been in business?
CPI was established in 1971- we our celebraing our 33 years of success.
What is your primary product or service?
Our specialty is Custom Corrugated Cartons and we also provide all the ancillary type packaging materials like tape, stretch wrap, foam, etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Continental Packaging, Inc. was started up by my father in law- Ed Oppasser and remains a family run business. I am the President of CPI. Previously I was owner of RJ2 & Associates, Inc.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our greatest asset are our people. Many on our team has been with us for over 20 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our Corporate office is located in Elgin- we have 45,000 square feet of warehouse space.

We are located just west of Randall Rd and just south of Big Timber at 1327-29 Gateway Drive, Elgin, IL 60124.

Which areas do you service?
Primarily the Chicago land area, but we also have customers located in WI, MI and IN.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Donna Lent is the owner and she runs the company with Rory Lent.

8:00- 5:00 M-F
