Since 1974 I have been in the real estate business. In my career I have leased and managed office buildings in the Northwest Chicago area, built office buildings and residential homes as well as rezoned and subdivided parcels of vacant land to build office buildings and residential subdivisions.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
i am an independent entrepreneur. I subscribe to being in complete control of a project and seeing that it is completed on or before time, at or below budget, and exceeds expectations.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own the company and I have a full-time assistant that helps with the day to day operations.
