How long have you been in business?
We have been serving the small to mid-sized businesses since 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide IT support (computer support) to the small to mid-sized companies throughout Northern Illinois. We also provide everything that is required to setup and service your network.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I got my start in computers in 1987 when computers were a new idea.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We explain everything to you in plain English. You need to understand what is going on and what is needed to fix a problem.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations. One in Geneva, Illinois and one in Elgin, Illinois.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept only cash and checks
Which areas do you service?
Our coverage area is northern Illinois
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Day to day operations fall to Keith, However if other items arise, we have a team of people to cover them.
What are your hours of operation?
Normal hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but the phones are on 24 hours a day.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Thanks for fixing the problem, I've had several people look at it and couldn't fix it.
