How long have you been in business?
Since 1929. We are Family owned and operated.
What is your primary product or service?
Heating & Cooling, Radiant Flooring (+ Snowmelt Systems), Geothermal Systems and Indoor Air Quality products
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My Father started the business in 1929 and I worked with him as a boy and eventually took over the business. Now I work with my son-in-law as a co-owner and we, combined, offer experience with innovation and new technology to serve our customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on keeping current on technology and training of our service technicians. Most of our work is on a referral basis and we believe that speaks volumes about our work product.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have this one location in Batavia and currently serve the entire Chicagoland Metropolitan area.

We are 1 block East of the Fabyan & Kirk intersection in Batavia on Paramount Parkway.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks. We also offer FREE Financing.
Which areas do you service?
The Chicago Metropolitan Area and Western Suburbs (DuPage and Kane Counties)
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Gary Frantz and James Gates (Gary's son-in-law). The office is run by Kathy Cieslak (Gary's daughter) and Annie Johnson. Our Service Manager is Bob Gates (Jim's father).
What are your hours of operation?
M-F 7am-4pm with 24 Hour Emergency Service
