I started working in the business for my grandparents when I was old enough to push a broom. I continued my working for the family while in High School and after College I worked for my parents who had taken over the business from my grandparents. In 1993 my wife and I took over the business from my parents.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We treat our customers the way we expect to be treated with respect and humility.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in the same place place since 1902.

We are located in Lily Lake one block west of Route 47 on and one block north of Route 64 on Wooley Road.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks and cash. Our service techs have mobile credit card readers making it easier for our customers.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Kane County, the eastern parts of Dekalb County and western Dupage County
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jeff & Cindy Swanson are the owners and run the daily operations. When you call one them will answer your call.
What are your hours of operation?
Our service hours are 24 hours everyday. Our office hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday and by appointment on Saturday
